Helping you plan your financial future.
Our Financial Services division perfectly complements the work our legal services team carries out on behalf of our personal and commercial clients.
Our in-house Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) is committed to providing clear, impartial advice on a wide range of financial products - from pensions and investments to mortgages, insurance and tax planning - and to building long term partnerships with our loyal clients.
This commitment means we are ideally placed to tailor our independent advice based on a detailed understanding of your financial circumstances as well as your short and long term financial goals. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This means we have no association with any financial product provider and can help you make decisions based on your particular circumstances and on our in-depth knowledge of the marketplace.

Frequently Asked Questions
We put your needs at the heart of everything we do
How much do you charge for mortgage and insurance advice?
We do not charge a fee for advice or for arranging your mortgage as we receive payment from the lender or insurer.
Which lenders do you use?
We have access to the whole of the mortgage market and are not restricted to any particular lenders. We will recommend the best lender/product to suit your individual circumstances.
How long will my mortgage application take?
A realistic timeframe is 4 weeks but this depends on the lender and their current service standards. We endeavour to have the offer issued faster than this and this can normally be achieved as long as all supporting documents are received from yourself without delay.
What documents will I have to provide?
We are required to obtain proof of identification in the form of:
- A passport or driver’s licence and
- A utility bill dated within the last 3 months
We will generally also require the following for your mortgage application:
- 3 months bank statements and
- 3 months’ payslips if you are employed or 2 years SA302 documents and corresponding tax year overviews (can be requested from HMRC or your accountant) if you are self-employed and
- Proof of your deposit
What other services do you provide?
We provide advice on pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning.
